The standards that make up the ISO 9000 series are now on different review cycles with a five-year gap between ISO 9000 and ISO 9004. The working group for the series, ISO/TC 176, wants to harmonise these cycles in order to restore their interdependency.  There is an on line survey of users being hosted by the Chartered Quality Institute that you are invited to take part in. Any changes to this family of standards are a few years away but we need practitioners to influence and shape any changes to continuously improve ISO 9000 series abilty to continuously improve and sustain business success
